WPC: Descent
Creativity is in my genes. My father was an architect and my mother a hairstylist. Art school helped me channel this creativity into something tangible. The only problem is my best works have always originated from deep inside my psyche, down where angst co-habits with spirit and intellect. It’s this angst that bubbles out and spews onto canvas.

It’s the breeding ground of great art 🙂
I have to agree with you completely.
Painted by you or Pollock?
I hope, that “Angst” is not the only German word, you learned!
Pollock. There was an abstract expressionist exhibit in Toronto and since that was the movement that inspired me I had to go. “Angst” is unfortunately one of only a handful of German words I know.
I often wonder why this word is in use. Anxiety has the same meaning.
There are always different words to describe similar things. I think anst is different from anxiety in that it has different connotations.
What an interesting interpretation! Great choice of words for the challenge. Very artistic, as you inherited so much from your parents. Lucky you.
Thanks for visiting my post as well 🙂
Thanks for the kind words. It’s a good thing I don’t have to rely on anst to write!
Exactly…:)
